BAL PROJECT

5 July h: 21:15

Elisa Pagani will lead a collective practice that originates from the performance MARE URBANO, inspired by the image of the sea as a living, fluid, pulsating, constantly moving body: an ecosystem that, like the city, lives through its relationships, exchanges and crossings.

Through a series of choreographic tasks – simple movement instructions – participants will be invited to immerse themselves in an experience that unites body and urban landscape, individuality and collectivity.

Each task is a wave that moves the body and expands its perception, helping to build a shared flow, an urban sea made of presences, listening and transformation.

This practice does not require any technical preparation. It is designed for anyone who wants to explore their own movement, reconnect with public space and with others.

Through gesture, rhythm and imagination, we will move to give the city a collective body, to rediscover the power of movement as a common, accessible, necessary good.

What to wear: comfortable clothes, shoes suitable for movement, a desire to get involved.

Duration: about 45 minutes

Open to all: adults, young people, curious people, dancers and non-dancers.
