EMMA ZANI
Emma Zani was born on April 12, 1998, in Brescia (BS). She trained at the Balletto di Toscana school in Florence and the Dance Arts Faculty (DAF) under Mauro Astolfi in Rome.
In 2017, she began her career as a dancer and performer with the Antitesi company, directed by Arianna Benedetti, and the Nuovo Balletto di Toscana company, directed by Cristina Bozzolini.
In 2020, she performed as a dancer in the opera Marino Faliero at the Donizetti Theatre in Bergamo, under the artistic direction of Ricci/Forte. Also in 2020, she was selected as a performer by Cristina Caprioli for a masterclass held at Fabbrica Europa.
That same year, she embarked on a career as a choreographer, founding YoY Performing Arts, bringing on board choreographer Roberto Doveri and composer Timoteo Carbone for the project.

ROBERTO DOVERI
Roberto Doveri, born on July 1, 1993, began his training at the Balletto di Toscana school under Cristina Bozzolini. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work with various companies, including Antitesi (Arianna Benedetti), Nuovo Balletto di Toscana (Cristina Bozzolini), COB Compagnia OpusBallet (Rosanna Brocanello), DanceCyprus (Antighoni Chari), GAIA (Enrique Gasa Valga), and Deadalo Project (Diego Tortelli). As time went on, he developed an interest in choreography. With LUNATICA, he won the “Produktionspreis Theater Pforzheim” and the “Scapino Produktionspreis” at the “34th International Choreographic Competition Hannover 2020.” With the choreography INTIMAMENTE, he received the “Award for Merit for New Creation” presented by Alessandro Rende and the “Volterra Danza Award” presented by Alberto Canestro.
Since 2021, he has been a member of the YoY Performing Arts company.
