TRAINING
I practised artistic gymnastics at a competitive level for ten years.
In 2014, I began studying contemporary dance (Floorwork and Release Technique) with Paola Ponti at the Dance Studio of Luna Ronchi in Faenza.
Since 2018, I have deepened my knowledge of floorwork with Martina La Ragione at Leggere Strutture (Bologna), and studied classical dance with Pier Paolo Gobbo at Almadanza (Bologna).
In 2019, I qualified as a Dance Educator through Mousikè – Centres for Dance Education in Granarolo (BO).
In 2020, I graduated from the APP professional programme for contemporary dancers (AlmaProDance) at Almadanza, directed by Elisa Pagani – DNA Company.
Since 2021, I have furthered my studies in Release Technique with Michal Maulem and Giannalberto De Filippis, and in Floorwork with choreographer Gabriella Maiorino.
In 2022, I took part in CO-LAB, a choreographic formation project curated by Maulem/De Filippis Dance Project.
In 2023, I focused on improvisation by joining the professional training course D.O.P – Danza d’Origine Personale at Company Blu (Sesto Fiorentino).
In 2024, I explored voice work through the Advanced Course in Physical Dramaturgy “Le Parole del Corpo”, led by Michela Lucenti – Balletto Civile, at the Iolanda Gazzero Theatre School in Modena (ERT Foundation).
WORK EXPERIENCE
In 2017, I performed in Lorenza Boisi’s solo exhibition Infondo al giardino un volto verde at the MIC (International Museum of Ceramics), in collaboration with Selvatico at WAM Festival.
Since 2020, I have been teaching contemporary dance, Floorwork and Release Technique in various dance schools, working with both children and adults.
In 2021, I became a certified Pingelap practitioner – creative movement and art for children and teenagers. I lead workshops in nursery and primary schools across the Bologna area, in collaboration with Formati Sensibili, an independent production house founded by Alessandro Carboni and Chiara Castaldini.
In 2022, I performed at WAM Festival in the durational piece Windows by and with Anna Clara Conti and Kate Bilbeam, in collaboration with Compagnia Iris.
Since 2022, I have been leading Contenitore Movimento, a contemporary dance and improvisation workshop.
In 2023, I returned to WAM Festival with the performance Le cose che passano, by and with Anna Clara Conti.
In 2024, I presented my first solo piece Isole during the 20th anniversary celebrations of Compagnia Iris in Faenza.
